Is my banking data safe?
Yes. BankPilot connects via PSD2 Open Banking through Tink. Your bank credentials are never shared with us. All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
How many properties / units can I monitor?
There is no limit. Whether you have a single flat or a large portfolio - you can create as many rental rules as you need. The flat monthly price covers everything.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Does it work with Hausverwaltung / property management software?
BankPilot works independently - it connects directly to your bank account. No integration with third-party property management tools is needed; you simply define your expected rent payments as monitoring rules.
What if a tenant pays a different amount or uses a wrong reference?
